My complete name is Gayuh Nugroho Dwi Putranto. I’ve been called Gayuh ever since. Thus, due to my too long name, I write it as Gayuh Putranto.
I was born in Madiun, May 26, 1983. I went to SD Kartoharjo I (or SD Guntur) Madiun and SD Pekuncen III Pasuruan, then SMP 2 and SMU 1 Pasuruan. On 2001, I traveled to Bandung to study in Institut Teknologi Bandung, majoring Geological Engineering.
I have successfully accomplished more than 8 year experiences in mining industry, which is of 7 years in exploration, including green field exploration to feasibility study, and also brownfield exploration for various types of gold-copper deposit over Indonesian Archipelago (Huu, Tombulilato, Pongkor, Cibaliung, Arinem, Oksibil, and Poboya).
The experiences include an integrated process of exploration projects, started from desktop prospecting and evaluation, due diligent, reconnaissance, field geology work, technical sampling, JORC-compliance drilling program, geological and geotechnical logging, QAQC, geo-modeling, geostatistic analysis, resource estimate, feasibility study, and technical reporting.
Psychologically, I am a sanguine-choleric person who love networking-organization stuffs, exploring new places, and reading books. I am a Milanisti since 1993 and skill-less guitarist as well as drummer while listening to Dream Theater and GIGI. Since I was in elementary school, I always involved in organizations, such as Pramuka, OSIS, Remaja Musholla, Palang Merah Remaja, Himpunan Mahasiswa, etc. Recently, I accelerated my professional and network in the professional organizations: IAGI, MGEI, and FGMI (as co-founder). My social organization that I am involving into is Sekolah Bumi. When one teaches, two learn!
